Policies & Considerations
In keeping with our commitment to comfort, cleanliness and safety, we also strive to make the most of your time with us.
Appointment Necessary - We encourage clients to schedule appointments in advance to ensure your preferred treatment or Technician is available - preferably 1 day in advance. Services that include a catered lunch must be scheduled 2 days in advance. Same day reservations and walk-in appointments are always welcomed, based upon availability.
Appointment Guarantee - We may require a non-refundable advance payment by credit card, and it will be applied to your invoice. However, "No Shows" will forfeit all monies held.
Attire - For your comfort, we provide slippers and Spa robes.
Cancellations - Please allow a 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We will gladly hold your advance payment up to 1 month from the date it was paid so that you may reschedule your appointment at your earliest convenience.
Cell Phones - Please turn your cell phone off while you enjoy your Getaway.
Check-In - Please arrive 15 minutes early to fill out a medical and newcomer questionnaire on your initial visit, and to allow time for your Technician to discuss your specific needs.
Children - To ensure privacy and solitude for all guests, no children under the age of 15 are allowed in the Spa. Children under the age of 18 and receiving services will need a signed waiver and be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian in the Treatment Room. The Child, Parent/Guardian, and the Technician must all be the same gender.
Club Body Holiday - Join our Spa Membership Program for the annual fee of $200 and SAVE. Membership fees are non-transferable and non-refundable. See our Newsletter "Keep In Touch" for further details, and other Membership Plans.
Gift Certificates - You may purchase Gift Certificates in any denomination, or for a particular service or Spa Gift Package. They are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. If they are being used for any advertised Tempting Offers, you must meet the offer's expiration date.
Gratuities - If you are happy with your service, it is customary to give a 15%-20% gratuity.
Groups/Special Events - If you'd like to book a group for a special event, we can accommodate up to 10 of your friends and family. To customize an intimate gathering, maximize your best options, and obtain the best rates, we would need to be given at least 4 weeks notice.
Lateness - Arriving late for an appointment may require us to adapt to the time left and the full amount of the booked services will be charged.
Medical Conditions & Health Issues - We want your spa experience to be a safe one for both you and your Technician. Based on your medical history, your scheduled treatment may have to be altered or not performed at all without a Doctor's release. Please advise us of any concerns, special needs, or allergies you may have when booking your appointment, or upon arrival.
No Show - No Call, No Answer: If you must cancel or reschedule, please follow the policies stated under "Cancellations" or "Lateness". When you don't call, show up, or answer our calls, your advance payment will be forfeited! Clients with a no-show flag must pay the full cost of the services booked with a credit card at the time of scheduling any future appointments. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Payment - We accept CASH ONLY for Spa appointments, and Debit or Credit Cards bearing the Discover, Visa or MasterCard logo may be used for guaranteeing your appointment, purchasing Gift Certificates and making advance payments for Spa Parties. Sorry, no Checks.
Personal Property - We regret that we cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of personal articles. We recommend that you leave your valuables at home.
Pregnancy - Mothers-to-be can enjoy the comforting touch of our Pregnancy Massage, and it is completely safe for mother and baby after the 1st trimester of pregnancy. The only other service we provide while you're expecting is our Perfect Scents Hand & Foot Treatment and European Facial.
Product Returns - Our products are fully guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it within 30 days from the date of purchase for an exchange or refund (for product and tax only). If you're happy, we're happy!
Right to Refuse Service - Any behavior deemed inappropriate by the Spa Team Members, either over the phone or in person, gives us the right to refuse service before or after your treatment has started - NO EXCEPTIONS!
Smoking - For your comfort, our Spa is smoke-free.
